Overview
Before delving into driver evaluation and rehabilitation, the attendee needs a clear understanding of the complex activity of driving and the important role this occupation plays in a client’s life.

In this 4-topic lesson the attendee will:

  • Learn about driving and community mobility as an IADL.
  • Gain an understanding of driving within the South African context.
  • Be introduced to the terminology of driving and community mobility.
  • Be guided in the task analysis of driving as an activity.
